RETURNS POLICY
A. L. Thompson’s reserves the right to decline returns, exchanges, or refunds and to determine the appropriate refund method, including the application of any collection or restocking fees where applicable.
We will accept returns of goods when they meet the following criteria:
- They were purchased within the last 30 calendar days.
- They are in their original packaging and/or in as-sold condition.
- They are not among the goods listed below as NONRETURNABLE.
NONRETURNABLE goods include
Approved returns requiring pickup from a customer site may be subject to a collection fee of CI$25 and/or a restocking fee.
Refunds to the original method of payment may be considered where circumstances allow.
*Gift Card: Value of purchase or credit. Valid for 24 months.
- Gift Cards
- Electrical components such as batteries, ballasts, fuses, switches etc.
- Custom-cut or mixed items
- Hurricane Supplies and other Seasonal items such as Christmas etc.
- Special-order items
- Special-price/sale items
- Used goods
- Other items at the discretion of management
RESTOCKING FEES
Approved returns that require additional handling, inspection, or processing may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.Approved returns requiring pickup from a customer site may be subject to a collection fee of CI$25 and/or a restocking fee.
REFUND METHODS
Refunds are typically issued in the form of an A. L. Thompson’s Gift Card*.Refunds to the original method of payment may be considered where circumstances allow.
